How are eyelash extensions applied?Each lash extension is carefully applied to a single natural lash using a medical-grade adhesive by our professional trained technicians. How long does the procedure take?A full set application usually takes between 90 and 120 minutes. The time depends on the type of set you choose and the number of lashes being applied. New Clients Touch-up or refill sessions are usually shorter.

Are eyelash extensions harmful?Eyelash extensions and adhesive are safe and they are not harmful when applied by a professionally trained professional technicians and taking proper for afterward. Extensions are applied without touching your skin, and with good maintenance, they are just as safe as wearing mascara daily.

Do I need an appointment for a service?Yes, appointments are required as we cannot guarantee space for walk-ins clients. Will the service cause any pain?Not at all. With our clam and peaceful atmosphere, most clients find the process very relaxing and even fall asleep. We use our in house products that are made of high quality and gentle materials to make sure you are experience the most comfort throughout the entire procedure.

What should I do before my appointment?Please come in with makeup free around your eyes. Use an oil-free cleanser do clean and avoid applying moisturizer, sunscreen, or any oil-based products near your eyes on the day of your appointment as oil based product might weaken the adhesive bonding. Can I wear contact lens during the procedure?We suggest removing contact lenses before your appointment. Since your eyes will be closed for 1.5 to 2 hours, contacts can cause dryness or irritation during the process.

Can I use an eyelash curler on the eyelash extensions?No, please do not use eyelash curlers to curl the lashes as it can weaken the adhesive bond or alter the shape of the lashes and might potentially case damage to your natural lashes. If you prefer more curlier lashes, we do offer different curls with our studio, please consult with our team member for available options.

Will I lose my natural lashes while having eyelash extensions?You won’t lose your natural lashes as long as you avoid pulling, rubbing, or improper removal. During to our natural shedding cycle, everyone naturally sheds 2 to 5 lashes per day, with or without extensions. How can I make the lash extensions last longer?Avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours. Avoid extreme heat and oil-based products such as makeup or removers. Please do not rub your eyes too hard, and try to avoid tug at your lashes. Gentle and taking care is the key for extending the life of eyelash extensions. Which cosmetic products are safe or unsafe with eyelash extensions?Generally speaking, it is fine to wear eye makeup or use eye products with eyelash extensions; however, there are certain products that should be avoided. Below are some products that are safe to use, and others that may cause poor retention of the lashes: Products that can be used: Liquid or Pencil eyeliner Eyeliners are safe to use with eyelash extensions. However, we recommend using either liquid or pencil eyeliners and not using any waterproof eyeliners, as they might contain oil based substances. Powder Eyeshadows If eyeshadows are needed to applied, we recommend using gentle, non creamy eyeshadows to avoid oil and debris buildup near the lash line. Oil Free Products Please use oil free cosmetic products when applying makeup near the eye area while wearing eyelash extensions. Lash Shampoo Using lash shampoo to clean your lashes frequently is recommended. It can improve retention of the lashes by removing oil and debris. Product that needed to avoid: Mascara We do not recommend wearing mascara, as it is very difficult to remove from the extensions and might potentially cause lashes to clump together. Cream or Gel Eyeshadows Cream or gel based eyeshadows often contain oil or heavy emollients, which can potentially transfer to the lashes and affect the adhesive bond. Cotton Q tip or Cotton Pads Products that contain cotton are generally not recommended, as the fibers may tangle in the lashes and be extremely difficult to remove. Oil Based Product Oil-based products can weaken the adhesive bond and potentially cause poor lash retention.

What are the options for lashes and what are the differences?We offer a wide range of eyelash extensions, ranging from 7mm to 18mm in length and 0.05mm to 0.15mm in thickness. We also offer J, B, C, D, and D+ curls to tailor to all our customers' needs. Length Shorter lengths tend to provide a more natural look, while longer lashes create a more noticeable or dramatic effect. Different lash lengths are applied to different sections based on the desired lash shape. Thickness Thinner lashes are used to create lash fans for a fuller look with our Mixed Set, Volume Set and Enhanced Volume Set. Thicker lashes are used for our Natural Set with individual 1 to 1 lash application. Curl We offer a wide range of curls, allowing us to fully tailor to each customer's needs, from the J Curl, which provides the most natural look, to the D+ Curl, our most dramatic option for a more noticeable result. Why is refill needed and how often do I need a refill the lashes?We generally recommend clients visit us for a refill every 2–3 weeks. Clients who prefer to maintain a very full look at all times may choose to come in a bit sooner, while those who do not mind a few gaps can extend beyond the recommended period. During refill services, as our lashes will naturally grow longer over time and shed, we remove overgrown lashes and replace them along with any that have already shed. However, how frequent the lashes needed to be refilled may vary depending on several factors, such as the client’s natural lash shedding cycle, environmental or seasonal changes, and how well the lashes are cared for. How do you remove eyelash extensions?Removals are recommended to be performed by our professional lash technicians at our studios. Do not attempt to remove the lash extensions yourself as it might potentially case damage with the natural lashes, it is recommend to schedule an appointment to have them professionally removed with a special removing solvent. You may also wait for your natural lash cycle to complete and have the extensions fall off naturally.
